One of the important issues that Deputy Minister Do Hung Viet pointed out is that the current external information work on human rights mainly focuses on combating and refuting false information, not really paying attention to proactively informing and building trust from the international community.
The Deputy Minister affirmed that in order for foreign communication work to be highly effective, it is necessary to have creative, flexible forms of propaganda that are suitable to the context of globalization and the development of social networking platforms.
Deputy Minister Do Hung Viet also emphasized that foreign information work on human rights should be considered an important political task, requiring synchronization in the awareness and actions of functional agencies, especially in innovation in thinking and implementation methods.
It is necessary to ensure unity at all levels, from the central to local levels, in disseminating and providing information on human rights, in order to achieve optimal effectiveness in foreign affairs activities.

Ms. Huong also emphasized that external information work on human rights is facing new requirements and tasks, requiring innovation in both content and methods, especially in the context of the country entering an era of development.
