SASA SIGLO XXI cited the reason that the goods of Vietnamese enterprises did not ensure the quality of goods at the port of destination or that the Company was in a loss situation due to the decline in local market prices, so it did not comply with the sales contract. ISASA SIGLO XXI Company was late and sluggish in paying the remaining amount for the goods.

This reality has caused difficulties, loss of time, storage costs and having to pull goods back for Vietnamese businesses.

Therefore, the Trade Office warns domestic enterprises to be careful when signing sales contracts with the above-mentioned Spanish enterprises; at the same time, strengthen coordination with the Trade Office in verifying local enterprises before signing sales contracts to minimize the risk of encountering fraudulent partners or not performing the contract properly.

Spain is a large consumer market for all Vietnamese consumer goods exports because of its large population of over 47 million people and relatively high average income (about 36.7 thousand USD/year).

Not only that, Spain is also a potential niche market for direct domestic consumption of Vietnam's agricultural, aquatic and tropical fruit and vegetable products, especially off-season products and raw products that are suitable inputs for the highly developed food processing export industry in this country.
