This enterprise said that the pilot program of four-wheeled vehicles in Hoi An City has ended and must now operate according to the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety from January 1, 2025. Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 24, Decree No. 165, dated December 26, 2024 of the Government, from February 15, 2025, four-wheeled vehicles carrying people can only operate on roads with signs indicating a maximum operating speed of 30km/h.

The regulations are like that, but in recent days, four-wheeled vehicles with engines carrying people are still running on the roads in Hoi An City, not on the roads with signs of a maximum operating speed of 30km/h. The consequence is that traffic jams occur, causing insecurity for people and tourists when participating in traffic in the area.

Mai Linh Hoi An Company Limited recommends that the People's Committee of Hoi An City and relevant agencies immediately rectify the operation of four-wheeled motor vehicles carrying people so that traffic activities are smooth and safe.
