The Central Steering Committee for Project 354's survey delegation worked with the Provincial Party Committee on ethnic and religious affairs.

On the morning of July 18, the Central Steering Committee for Project 354, led by comrade Do Van Phoi, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, had a working session with the Provincial Party Committee on the situation of ethnic and religious affairs in the province. Receiving and working with the delegation were comrades: Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Chamaléa Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization; Dao Trong Dinh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

At the working session, the survey delegation, together with the provincial leaders and related departments, agencies and branches, discussed and grasped the contents of the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on ethnic groups and religions in the province from 2020 to present; the current situation and causes of problems arising in the field of ethnic groups and religions; mass mobilization work, mass mobilization in ethnic and religious areas and the results of solving arising problems of relevant authorities and localities; difficulties, obstacles, experiences and forecasts of the situation, proposed tasks and solutions for ethnic and religious work in the coming time.

Comrade Do Van Phoi, Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, Head of the Survey Delegation of the Central Steering Committee for Project 354, spoke at the working session.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Do Van Phoi, Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, highly appreciated the results of the leadership, direction and implementation in the field of ethnic and religious affairs of Ninh Thuan province, which closely followed the leadership policy of the Central Government, contributing to the improvement of the lives of the people in the province in general and the people in the ethnic and religious areas; the political security situation and social order and safety in the area were maintained. In the coming time, it is recommended that local Party committees and authorities strengthen coordination to continue to effectively implement ethnic and religious policies; implement the resolutions and directives of the Politburo on ethnic and religious affairs in the new situation in a synchronous manner in the province. Noting that localities promote the achieved results, build effective mass mobilization models, continue to closely lead and direct, proactively and promptly handle arising issues.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee thanked the Central Steering Committee for Project 354 for selecting Ninh Thuan province to survey and evaluate the situation of ethnic and religious work in practice; at the same time, through the survey, the delegation also oriented a number of solutions to help the locality implement effectively, in accordance with the new situation. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee seriously accepted the contents of the proposals and recommendations of the Survey Team, thereby continuing to lead, direct and organize the implementation to maintain political security and stability, social order and safety, promote economic development, improve the lives of people in ethnic and religious areas in the province.
