In the first 6 months of 2024, the province's Propaganda sector has performed well in its tasks and fields. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has proactively innovated, directed the timely, focused, key, breakthrough and effective implementation of propaganda work; completed 144 tasks, reaching 100% of the plan.

The focus is: Advising the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to organize extensive conferences and many political and ideological activities; continuing to advise the Party Committee to seriously, methodically and qualitatively implement the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; continuing to advise on innovation and improving the quality of activities to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints...

Oral propaganda and reporter activities continue to be proactively, actively and effectively implemented. The team of reporters and propagandists continues to be strengthened and improved. Propaganda Departments at all levels have continued to flexibly combine and diversify propaganda forms such as: live and online conferences, newspapers, social networking platforms, etc.

Thereby contributing to the orientation of widespread propaganda of resolutions, directives, policies of the Central and the province, programs, events, results of socio-economic development, national defense - security, party building work, Party rectification and the political system...

The press agencies in the province have closely followed the activities of the Party Committee, the government, the direction of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, promptly and comprehensively propagated current issues, key tasks, events, and festivals; promoted information and propaganda through the fanpage and zalo systems of the press agencies; developed platforms such as youtube, tiktok... In particular, Tuyen Quang Newspaper has successfully organized the art and political program "Dien Bien Memories"...

Speaking at the Conference, Head of the Propaganda Department Nong Thi Bich Hue suggested that in the last 6 months of 2024, the Propaganda sector needs to focus on implementing well the contents that the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department has directed to propagate.

In which, it is emphasized that the Propaganda sector needs to advise the Party Committee to organize the dissemination, popularization, propaganda and advice on concretizing the resolutions, directives, and new regulations issued by the Central Committee; new laws passed by the National Assembly at the 7th Session, directly related to cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and people such as: Amended Law on Social Insurance, Land Law, Identity Card Law, Law on forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level in 2023...; resolutions passed by the 8th Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.

The Propaganda Department needs to continue to implement and ensure the quality of the 2024 Special Topic on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; it is necessary to continue to do a good job of protecting the Party's ideological foundation, proactively review, monitor, grasp the situation of the struggle, and refute distorted information, incorrect and non-objective reflections on the province.

At the same time, continue to inform and propagate the content of Regulation No. 85-QD/TW dated October 7, 2022 of the Secretariat on cadres and party members establishing and using personal electronic information pages on the internet and social networks; promptly grasp the situation of public opinion, especially complex and sensitive issues at the grassroots level to advise the Party Committee to lead and direct solutions, ensuring ideological unity within the Party and consensus in society...
