Supervisory delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with Thuan Bac District Party Committee and Ninh Son District Party Committee.

On September 15, Supervisory Team No. 2, Supervisory Delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, headed by Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a working session with Thuan Bac District Party Committee on leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU dated November 29, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on digital transformation (CDS) for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Also attending the working session was Comrade Le Van Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

In recent times, Thuan Bac District Party Committee has issued many documents directing, leading and organizing the timely and effective implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU. Propaganda, raising digital awareness and digital skills have been widely deployed in agencies, organizations, units, enterprises and people. Information technology (IT) infrastructure and digital infrastructure have been invested in, gradually meeting the district's digital transformation needs. The rate of documents exchanged and processed online has increased. Online public services have had many positive changes, especially at the commune level. However, the current difficulties and limitations are that IT infrastructure and digital infrastructure have not met practical requirements; direction and operation in some units and localities have not been really thorough, and have not promoted the role and effectiveness of IT for state agencies.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the working session with Thuan Bac District Party Committee.

Concluding the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the results of leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of Thuan Bac District Party Committee in the past time. He requested the locality to continue to thoroughly grasp in the political system the consistent viewpoint of taking people and enterprises as the center, the subject, the goal, the driving force and the resources of digital transformation; identifying digital transformation as a method to shorten and accelerate the completion of the goals and tasks set out in the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels. Along with that, it is necessary to promote the role of the Front and mass organizations at all levels in propagating and mobilizing to change the awareness of cadres, union members, association members and people about digital transformation; promoting digital transformation emulation movements; coordinating to organize training courses to improve the qualifications and capacity of the digital transformation team; Review, develop, and supplement appropriate programs, plans, and solutions to focus on leadership, direction, and implementation to complete assigned goals and tasks.
