Supervisory delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee works with Ninh Son District Party Committee

On September 14, Supervisory Team No. 2, Supervisory Delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, led by Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had a working session with Ninh Son District Party Committee on the implementation results of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, dated November 29, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on digital transformation (CDS) in Ninh Thuan province for the period 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.

Also attending the meeting were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Le Van Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Huynh Tan Hanh, Director of the Provincial Police Department.

Implementing Resolution No. 09 of the Provincial Party Committee, Ninh Son District Party Committee has focused on leading, directing, thoroughly disseminating and widely propagating in agencies, organizations, units, enterprises and people in the area. Policies and mechanisms to promote digital transformation have been issued promptly, human resources serving digital transformation have been gradually consolidated and enhanced with 8/8 communes and towns and 61/61 villages and neighborhoods establishing community digital technology teams. The rate of documents exchanged and processed in the online environment has increased significantly, exceeding the target set by Resolution 09; 100% of enterprises have deployed electronic invoices and digital platforms; the rate of electronic identification activation has reached 94.23%; reviewing and establishing electronic health records for 69,586/91,032 cases, reaching a rate of 76.44%. E-commerce activities continue to be strengthened; non-cash payment transactions continue to be focused on and promoted.

Concluding the working session, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the local leadership and direction in implementing Resolution No. 09 of the Provincial Party Committee. He requested the Ninh Son District Party Committee to continue to thoroughly disseminate to the Party committees, authorities, and political systems the consistent viewpoint of taking people and enterprises as the center, subject, goal, driving force, and resource of digital transformation; identifying digital transformation as a method to shorten and accelerate the completion of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. From there, strongly promote the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the district in promoting propaganda and mobilizing to change the awareness of cadres, union members, association members, and people about digital transformation; strengthen the inspection and supervision of the implementation of Resolution 09 at grassroots Party cells and committees; support the implementation of administrative reform, develop online public services at the grassroots level; Mobilize investment resources, upgrade modern and synchronous information technology infrastructure; focus on training, fostering, and attracting high-quality information technology human resources ready to participate in the digital transformation process. In addition, the district needs to identify some advantageous digital platforms of the district to focus on development. Research and request to pilot the development and promulgation of preferential policies to promote the development of digital technology startups and innovative startups.
