The 1521 Monitoring Team of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Office.

On September 20th, Monitoring Team No. 2 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee's Monitoring Group 1521 held a working session with the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office regarding the leadership, direction, and implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU dated November 29, 2021, of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on digital transformation in Ninh Thuan province for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030. Comrade Huynh Tan Hanh, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police (Member of Monitoring Team No. 2), chaired the meeting.

Over the past period, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office has proactively coordinated with and advised the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board to issue directives on the implementation of information technology (IT) and digital transformation in the activities of Party agencies, contributing to the successful achievement of the goals and tasks set forth in Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU. Along with this, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office has led and directed the Provincial Party Committee Office to vigorously implement IT and digital transformation applications in accordance with the practical situation at the unit. Digital infrastructure and platforms serving Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, and mass organizations have received significant investment, bringing efficiency to management, administration, and administrative reform within the Party. Training and guidance on IT knowledge for cadres and civil servants have been prioritized, with 100% of cadres and civil servants proficiently using software for their work; 100% of administrative documents are exchanged and processed online (except for confidential documents).

Comrade Huynh Tan Hanh, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Public Security Department, delivered a speech at the working session with the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On behalf of the Supervisory Delegation, the Director of the Provincial Public Security Department acknowledged and commended the results of the leadership, direction, and implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office in the past period. He accepted the proposals and recommendations; and at the same time, requested the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Office to continue directing the strengthening of propaganda and dissemination work to further enhance the awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party members, and civil servants in the work of digital transformation; review and strengthen the work of ensuring information security and data confidentiality; focus on implementing effective solutions, and strive to soon achieve the targets and tasks set out in Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU…
