Concluding the working session, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the role, responsibility, efforts and results of the leadership, direction and implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the Provincial Youth Union in the past time. He pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome; at the same time, he suggested that the Provincial Youth Union urgently establish a Steering Committee for Digital Transformation so that the activities of the Youth Union organization can be gradually innovated, in line with the digital age; actively apply digital technology in the Youth Union's work and the youth movement of the province. In the immediate future, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union will promote the "3 responsibilities" movement to encourage young civil servants and public employees to participate in applying digital transformation in performing public duties, participating in building e-government, towards digital government.

In recent times, the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has done a good job of exploiting shared data of the province and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Propaganda work, raising digital awareness and digital skills have been promoted and have had many positive changes. The rate of administrative documents exchanged and processed in the network environment has reached 100% (except for confidential documents). Up to now, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has provided 4 full online public services and 46 partial online public services; completed the land database in 18 communes and wards of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City and the districts of Ninh Son, Bac Ai, Thuan Bac.
Concluding the working session, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee acknowledged and commended the results of leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in the past time. He shared the difficulties and requested the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to continue to lead and promote propaganda and dissemination work to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party cells, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole industry on digital transformation work. Along with that, it is necessary to develop a plan to organize training, fostering and coaching to raise awareness, popularize digital skills and develop IT and digital transformation human resources of the industry; mobilize resources to invest in upgrading IT infrastructure and digital infrastructure; connect, exploit and effectively use national databases, industry databases, especially land databases; promote the provision of online public services throughout the process, cashless payments; select key tasks to focus on digital transformation; At the same time, review, develop, and supplement appropriate programs, plans, and solutions to focus on leadership, direction, and strive to complete assigned goals and tasks by 2025.
