Towards the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024), this morning (April 6), in Thanh Hoa, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front organized a meeting to pay tribute to Dien Bien soldiers, Youth Volunteers, and frontline laborers in a number of provinces that directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu campaign.
Central leaders, leaders of Thanh Hoa province and other provinces offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
Before the meeting, the delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the delegation of Thanh Hoa province led by comrades: Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province, came to offer incense and flowers to President Ho Chi Minh and visit Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery.
Comrade Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh.
Also offering flowers and incense were representatives of leaders of departments, ministries, branches, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of the provinces: Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam and Ninh Binh.
Comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thanh Hoa province offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh.
Joining the delegation, on the side of Thanh Hoa province, there were comrades: Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Do Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Trinh Tuan Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

Before the spirit of the great President Ho Chi Minh, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien and the Central leaders, leaders of Thanh Hoa province and other provinces respectfully offered flowers and incense to express their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - Hero of national liberation, World cultural celebrity, who has brought glory to our nation, our mountains and rivers, our country.

In gratitude to Him, the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and the delegates vow to unite and follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, strive to study and follow his ideology, morality and style; constantly strive, overcome difficulties and challenges to successfully carry out the renovation, build and protect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; soon realize the aspiration for prosperity, build Thanh Hoa to develop more and more, become a rich, beautiful, civilized, modern province, a "model" province as beloved Uncle Ho always advised during his lifetime.
In a solemn atmosphere at Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegation respectfully laid wreaths, offered incense, and expressed their gratitude to the heroic martyrs. The delegation vowed to unite as one, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the People; determined to join the entire Party and the entire people in successfully carrying out the renovation process, continuing to make efforts to firmly protect the independence, sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity of the Fatherland; and to build the country and homeland to develop more and more.
