Over the years, Ngoc Lien hamlet has promoted and aroused the strength of great solidarity among all classes of people to effectively carry out local emulation movements. Outstanding in the field of economic development, 247 households here have known how to take advantage of the potential and advantages of the locality to build the Kim Thanh peach blossom brand; many models of flower and ornamental garden with high income associated with economic development in the direction of multi-industry, trade services, bringing the average income per capita in the first 9 months of 2024 of the people to an estimated 63 million VND/person.

The hamlet has formed clubs such as folk dance club, health club, mother-in-law and daughter-in-law club, volleyball club, men's and women's soccer club, which operate regularly and develop strongly. The synchronous cultural institutions basically meet the standards, ensuring spiritual and cultural activities for the people. The rate of cultural families reaches 95%, of which 8 families are typical cultural families. The people unite to well implement the regulations and village conventions of the hamlet, and civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals. Up to now, the hamlet has only 4 poor households, accounting for 1.3%, and 11 near-poor households, accounting for 3.8%.

In 2024, the hamlet built, repaired and upgraded 6 construction items in the hamlet cultural house with a total investment of 980 million VND.
