During the working trip to the United States, on June 27-28, the delegation of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc led by comrade Nguyen Van The, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, had working sessions with the Communist Party of the United States, the Permanent Mission to the United Nations (UN) and Vietnamese agencies in New York.

At the meeting with the Communist Party of the United States on June 28, on behalf of the delegation, comrade Nguyen Van The shared his joy and emotion at meeting and talking with the leaders of the Communist Party of the United States, expressing gratitude for the support of the Communist Party of the United States for Vietnam throughout the struggle for national independence, national reunification, overcoming the consequences of war, promoting the normalization process and developing Vietnam-US relations.
The two sides had in-depth discussions on Party building work, especially on policies, priorities and implementation measures appropriate to each Party's situation, results achieved and lessons learned.
On this occasion, comrade Nguyen Van The congratulated the success of the 32nd Congress of the Communist Party of the USA held in Chicago from June 7-9.

Comrade Rossana Cambron, Co-Chair of the Communist Party USA, expressed her joy and deep impression of the achievements in economic and social development in general and Party building in particular that Vietnam has achieved under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam; emphasizing that this is a great source of inspiration and encouragement for American communists and working people.
The two sides agreed to continue to increase information exchange and promote cooperation between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Communist Party of the United States, in order to contribute to enhancing understanding and friendship between the two Parties and peoples.

Previously, at the working session between the Delegation and the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the UN and Vietnamese agencies in New York on the morning of June 27, Ambassador, Head of the Permanent Mission Dang Hoang Giang reported on the international situation, major processes and issues currently being discussed at the UN, results of implementing foreign affairs tasks, contributions and important marks of Vietnam at forums, and at the same time, reviewed the development milestones and outstanding achievements in Vietnam-UN relations in recent years.
The Ambassador affirmed that Vietnam is a very active, proactive and responsible member of the United Nations. Vietnam's voice and contributions at UN forums in recent times have contributed to enhancing the country's position in the international arena.

The Party Secretary of the Bloc highly appreciated the efforts and results of the work that the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations and Vietnamese agencies in New York have achieved, contributing to the effective implementation of the foreign policy of multilateralization, diversification, comprehensive and extensive international integration of the 13th Party Congress and Directive 25-CT/TW of the Secretariat on promoting and elevating multilateral diplomacy to 2030.
Comrade Nguyen Van The suggested that Vietnamese agencies in New York continue to promote their achievements, continue to comprehensively implement all aspects of foreign affairs, contributing to the preparation for Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress.
