After determining the location of the trapped victim, the working group mobilized a concrete cutter and used skills to begin pulling the victim out. The victim was identified as 14 years old, whose parents were local.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team (Hanoi City Police) has coordinated with other forces to search and rescue 2 motels in the capital Naypyitaw.
