Delegation of Nghe An province visited and celebrated Bunpimay in Hua Phan province (Laos)

The delegation included representatives of the leaders of the following units: Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, Provincial Border Guard Command, Department of Foreign Affairs, and Provincial People's Committee Office.

Welcoming and working with the delegation, on the side of Hua Phan province, there was comrade Phut Phan Keo Vong Xay, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Governor of Hua Phan province, along with comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, representatives of leaders of a number of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

On behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam expressed his joy at the thoughtful and warm welcome of Hua Phan province.

On this occasion, the delegation of Nghe An province presented gifts and congratulated the Party Committee, Government and People of Lao ethnic groups in Hua Phan province on the occasion of the traditional Bunpimay New Year. Hopefully, with the good revolutionary tradition, the people of Lao ethnic groups in the heroic Hua Phan province, under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the Party Committee, Government and People of Lao ethnic groups in Hua Phan province will unite, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and gain more achievements in the coming time in all fields.

In response to the affection that the Party Committee, Government and People of Nghe An province have given to the Party Committee, Government and People of Lao ethnic groups in Hua Phan province, Comrade Phut Phan Keo Vong Xay, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Governor of Hua Phan province expressed his joy and gratitude for the attention and support from Nghe An province.

On this occasion, the leaders of the two provinces also informed about their socio-economic development, national defense and security and foreign affairs in 2023 and some key tasks to be implemented in 2024. At the same time, the leaders of the two localities also affirmed that they will always maintain and develop the cooperative relationship between Nghe An and Hua Phan provinces to become increasingly stronger; contributing to strengthening the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties and the two States in general as well as contributing to the socio-economic development of each province in particular.
