At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, the delegation of Ha Nam province led by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Le Thi Thuy held a flower and incense offering ceremony to express their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the genius leader of our Party and people, who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for the cause of peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and people around the world.

Also at Kim Lien relic site, the delegation of Ha Nam province visited the hometown of Lang Sen, visited the thatched house of the family of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac - the place where Uncle Ho spent his childhood from the end of 1901 to the middle of 1906; visited the hometown of Hoang Tru - where Uncle Ho cried when he was born.

Next, the delegation of Ha Nam province went to My Son commune, Do Luong district to offer flowers and incense at the graves of 13 heroic martyrs of the "Steel Squad" and the memorial church of 1,240 martyrs who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification at Truong Bon National Historical Site.
