After 4 years of implementing the Project “Reducing Vulnerability in Income and Health of the Elderly in Vietnam”, up to now, the province has 56 Intergenerational Self-Help Clubs (IGCs) in 6 districts and cities; of which, 20 clubs were established outside the project. With 8 diverse areas of activities, the IGCs have promoted their role well, operated effectively, helping many elderly people and the community feel confident, independent, and rise up in life. This has a strong and positive impact on the implementation of the project, replicating the IGC model in the coming time.
