On the World Travel Awards (WTA) website, the Fansipan Peak tourist area in Sa Pa surpassed many nominations such as Banff National Park (Canada), Great Barrier Reef (Australia)... to become the World's Leading Natural Scenic Destination 2024.

Fansipan is the highest peak of Vietnam and Indochina peninsula, located in Hoang Lien Son mountain range, at 3,143 meters high. Since 2016, visitors can take cable cars and funiculars to conquer the "roof of Indochina" without having to climb as before.

Fansipan Peak is located in the Sun World Fansipan Legend tourist area. In addition to the mountain peak and flagpole, the spiritual complex here also has 12 constructions such as Bao An Thien Tu, Bich Van Thien Tu, Cao Dai Watchtower, La Han Street, Kim Son Bao Thang Tu, Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara statue, and Son Than Temple.

Currently, Fansipan is in its most beautiful season of the year. Early in the morning, if the temperature drops, visitors can see transparent ice crystals covering the paths and attractions, when the sun rises, the sea of white clouds floats, making Fansipan look like a fairyland. This is the ideal time for those who love to explore nature to enjoy the mysterious beauty of the Northwest mountains and forests.

World Travel Awards (WTA) was established in 1993 and is a prestigious award recognized worldwide and is considered the "Oscars of the Tourism Industry".

The award is held annually to honor outstanding destinations and quality tourism service providers, including many categories such as: airlines, hotels, resorts, travel companies, and tourist destinations.
