Condolences on the damage caused by heavy rains and floods in Italy

Upon hearing that heavy rains and floods in the Republic of Italy caused much damage to people and property, on May 23, President Vo Van Thuong sent a message of condolences to President Sergio Mattarella, and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a message of condolences to Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
