Congratulatory message to New Zealand Prime Minister

On the occasion of Mr. Christopher Luxon's inauguration as the 42nd Prime Minister of New Zealand, on November 27, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message.

Christopher Luxon was born in Christchurch, on New Zealand's South Island, and grew up in the largest city, Auckland, where he attended public schools. His parents were a sales representative and a receptionist.

He holds a Masters of Commerce from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch before joining multinational Unilever, where he spent 18 years in Australia, the UK, Canada and the US before returning home to lead Air New Zealand.
