In the first 9 months of 2023, under the regular, drastic, close and flexible leadership of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the consensus and active participation of the people and the business community in the area, the fields of socio-economic development and national defense and security have achieved many outstanding results. The socio-economic development targets of the year basically reached over 75%, of which 22/43 targets were achieved and exceeded the plan, typically: Industrial production value reached 114.62%; total retail sales of goods reached 102.11%; total food output reached 100.14%; budget revenue in the district reached 112.77%... National Target Programs were focused on implementation. Education and training were effectively implemented; health, population, and people's health care were focused on. National defense and security were maintained, social order and safety in the area were ensured. Party building and political system building were strengthened; the entire Party Committee admitted 217 outstanding people into the Party.

The conference discussed and proposed solutions to overcome the limitations in the past time such as: The progress of macadamia planting projects is still slow, especially the linkage of macadamia planting between investors and people; the issuance of certificates of forestry land use rights has not been guaranteed according to the set progress. The disbursement of career capital for 3 national target programs is still slow (reaching less than 50% of the assigned capital plan). The drug crime situation is still complicated and there are still cases of suicide by using poison ivy. The work of reducing grafted party cells has not been implemented effectively, in the first 9 months of the year, only 1 grafted party cell was reduced (reaching 20%). There are still cadres and party members who violate to the extent that disciplinary action must be considered...

The conference reached a high consensus on the direction and tasks of socio -economic development in the last 3 months of the year, including: Communes and towns focus on harvesting the winter-spring rice crop and other crops on the fields; maintaining the growth rate of livestock and poultry. The District People's Committee continues to direct the acceleration of construction progress of key projects and works; accelerate the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital. Effectively implement cultural, educational and health activities according to the set targets and plans. Improve the effectiveness of Party building and political system building. Strengthen security and order at the grassroots level.

Also at this meeting, the District Party Executive Committee conducted the personnel work process to complete and supplement members of the District Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
