Of which, on the 10th day of the first lunar month alone, 11,406 more workers returned to work in the Southeast Economic Zone.
Of the total of nearly 30,000 workers returning to work mentioned above, 341 workers at 6 enterprises went to work earliest from February 8, the 4th day of the Lunar New Year, namely Central Liquefied Petroleum Gas Development Company Limited in Bac Vinh Industrial Park, Mavin Austfeed Nghe An Company Limited and Viet Nhat - Nghe An Logistics Joint Stock Company in Nam Cam Industrial Park, Biomass Fuel Vietnam Company Limited in VSIP Industrial Park, Cua Lo Port Company Limited and Saigon - Nghe An Petroleum Joint Stock Company; 3,468 workers at 7 enterprises went to work from February 9, the 5th day of the Lunar New Year; 10,708 workers at 48 enterprises went to work from February 14, the 6th day of the Lunar New Year.

From February 15, 16, 17 and 18, i.e. the 7th to the 9th of the first lunar month of Giap Thin, there were 3,171 more workers at 13 enterprises. Notably, today (February 19), i.e. the 10th of the first lunar month, the largest number of workers returned to work after the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin, with 11,406 people at 12 enterprises. It is expected that from now until February 24, i.e. the 15th of the first lunar month, there will be about 1,000 more workers returning to work.

Mr. Dinh Van Phong - Head of Enterprise and Labor Management Department, The Southeast Economic Zone Management Board said: Nearly 30 thousand workers have returned or confirmed to return to work after the holiday. The Lunar New Year of Giap Thin means that 94% of employees at operating businesses have returned to work.
