Due to the influence of cold air, the Northern and North Central regions are cold at night and in the morning.

During this cold air mass, the lowest temperature in the North and North Central regions is generally 21-24 degrees Celsius, the highest is 25-28 degrees Celsius. In the mountainous areas of the North, the lowest temperature is 18-21 degrees Celsius, in the high mountainous areas, some places are below 16 degrees Celsius.
