Accordingly, on September 15, immediately after receiving information from people through the "Online Health" application and the complaint, the Inspectorate of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health coordinated with Department PC06 - City Police, Thu Duc City Health Department, People's Committee and An Phu Ward Police (Thu Duc City) to conduct a surprise inspection at the facility hanging the sign "Mr. Lee" at 15 Nguyen Quy Canh (An Phu Ward - An Khanh).
At the time of inspection, the team discovered that this facility was equipped with 1 examination bed, a cabinet containing medical equipment, filler injection tools, and many nose-lifting tools using threads as advertised by this facility on social networks.
Investigating on the Facebook page “Mr. Lee Cosmetics – Binh Duong”, the Health Department Inspectorate discovered many posts advertising services performing cosmetic techniques, with images of Mr. TTT - who calls himself “Mr. Lee” performing cosmetic nose lifts with thread and filler injections for customers.

At the time of the surprise inspection, this person had just completed a nose lift procedure for a customer and was consulting other customers. Mr. T. was also unable to present his professional qualifications, medical practice certificates, and legal documents regarding cosmetic activities.
It is worth mentioning that the owner of this illegal facility also confirmed to the inspection team that he had learned this technique in Korea and did not admit to the violation, although he could not prove any documents related to practicing cosmetic surgery.
The Department Inspectorate has drawn up a medical examination record, requiring the establishment to immediately stop its illegal cosmetic practice, as well as stop illegal advertising on social networks. At the same time, the Department Inspectorate has invited the establishment owner to clarify the violation and handle it according to the law.
However, after two invitations to work, Mr. T. showed an uncooperative attitude and did not comply. In response to this person's challenging behavior, the Health Department Inspectorate sent a document to the People's Committee and Thu Duc City Police Department requesting coordination to strictly handle this case according to the law.
