On October 3, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province approved the starting price to auction 59 residential land plots in the residential area of Sa Huynh fishing village, Pho Thanh ward, Duc Pho town.
Accordingly, 59 residential land plots of Sa Huynh fishing village residential area, Pho Thanh ward, Duc Pho town, with area from 100 - 139 m2/plot; approved starting price of 59 plots is nearly 51 billion VND.
Specifically, the number of plots with an area of 100 m2/plot is 56/59; the remaining 3/56 plots have larger areas, including 1 plot of 104 m2, 1 plot of 108 m2 and 1 plot with the largest area of 139 m2. The starting price of the 59 plots ranges from 823 million VND/plot - nearly 1.3 billion VND (plot of 139 m2).
Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee assigns responsibility to the Department of Finance, Duc Pho Town People's Committee and related units, to be responsible before the law for the accuracy of the information, as a basis for approving the starting price to auction this land plot (59 plots).
Also today, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has decided to approve the starting price for auctioning land use rights for 24 residential plots in the closed residential planning project to auction land use rights in Duc Lan commune and 16 plots in Cho Ga residential area in Duc Hoa commune (Mo Duc district).
Specifically, for 24 residential land lots in the closed planning project of residential area to conduct land use rights auction in Duc Lan commune, the starting price is more than 8.8 billion VND, in which, each lot has a price ranging from 204 million to 864 million VND.
For 16 plots of land in the Cho Ga residential area in Duc Hoa commune, the starting price is more than 7.4 billion VND, the price ranges from 403 million VND/plot to 626 million VND/plot.
As of the end of September 2023, due to many objective reasons; the real estate market in general and Quang Ngai in particular are still in a gloomy situation, leading to the province's land use fee revenue only reaching 25% of the set plan.
Currently, some projects are progressing slower than the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, such as the Hang Duong Marine Ecotourism Area project, the plan to hand over land use fees of 170 billion VND, the progress is 60 days behind; the Urban Renovating Project in the North of Thien But Mountain, the plan to hand over more than 272 billion VND, the progress is 70 days behind; the My Tra - My Khe Road Residential Area project, the plan to hand over 450 billion VND, the progress is 40 days behind.
To speed up the collection of land use fees, Mr. Dang Van Minh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with the Department of Justice to review the legal basis to advise the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council to cancel the content of commercial and service land prices equal to 60% of residential land prices. This is an urgent task to be done as a basis for establishing new commercial and service land prices in the coming years. For projects expected to collect land use fees according to the plan of 2023, it is necessary to base on actual conditions, legal documents, and procedures to develop a plan close to reality, and collect land use fees in accordance with the provisions of law.
Mr. Dang Van Minh agreed to adjust the plan of the Provincial People's Committee, requesting relevant departments and branches to promptly implement procedures to organize auctions to collect land use fees for the Hang Duong marine eco-tourism project, the land fund of 20 land lots belonging to the Resettlement Area project combined with land fund development to serve the Tinh Ky system construction project, the Urban Renovating project in the northern area of Thien But mountain and resettlement projects in 2023...
