Investing more than 154 billion VND to build a 9.83-hectare residential area in Huong Khe

The residential area project in Phu Phong commune, Huong Khe district (Ha Tinh) has a total investment of more than 154 billion VND to build a civilized and modern residential area to meet the housing needs of the people.

The residential area project in Phu Phong commune, Huong Khe district was approved for investment by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 09/QD-UBND dated February 1, 2024. The project is implemented on a total area of 9.83 hectares with a total investment of more than 154 billion VND, selecting investors through bidding.

The scale of the project includes: 290 residential plots, including 17 villa plots and 273 townhouse plots (the project investor is allowed to transfer land use rights to people to build their own houses according to the planning); commercial public works and kindergartens (the investor carries out investment, construction, business and exploitation); cultural houses and technical infrastructure systems.

Progress of completion of the entire project, put into operation and exploitation within 24 months from the date of land allocation and land lease.

The project's objective is to build a new civilized, modern residential area with synchronous technical and social infrastructure, meeting the housing needs of people in Huong Khe district and neighboring localities.

According to the proposal of the People's Committee of Huong Khe district, after completion, the project will solve the housing needs of 1,160 people, contributing to the formation of landscape architecture space for the area, both modern and typical of the traditional culture of the region and ensuring harmonious connection with the surrounding infrastructure.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize and advise on the contents in the process of selecting investors and implementing the project according to regulations. The People's Committee of Huong Khe district shall carry out site clearance and resettlement arrangements according to regulations, coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out procedures for leasing and handing over land for investors to implement the project.
