According to Dan Tri reporter, after 14 hours of organization, the auction of 27 land plots in three wards of Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, Duong Noi, Ha Dong district (Hanoi) ended at 11pm on October 19.
The highest winning lot belongs to Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) with a winning price of more than 262 million VND/m2 with an area of 57.5m2, a total of 15 billion VND, nearly 8.2 times higher than the starting price. The lowest lot has a price of nearly 132.8 million VND/m2.

Other plots of land have winning prices ranging from 146.4 million VND to nearly 183 million VND/m2.
According to Mr. Tung - an investor from Bac Tu Liem (Hanoi), the winning price of the highest lot is somewhat higher than the market price. He said that the land price in the Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) currently fluctuates from 170 million to more than 200 million VND/m2.
"The winner could be a local and really likes this plot of land. Furthermore, because it is located in a corner lot, the price is up to 262 million VND/m2," said Mr. Tung.

Previously, as Dan Tri newspaper reported, many new investors left after only a few rounds of bidding because they thought the land price was too high. Some other auction winners immediately put their land up for sale at a difference of 400 million to 600 million VND.
Ha Dong District (Hanoi) organized an auction of 27 residential land plots in the following locations: Ha Khau copper area, Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B, Phu Luong ward); Sau Chua area (symbol X8, Yen Nghia ward); Duoc area (symbol X7, Duong Noi ward).
The plots of land to be auctioned range in area from 48.7m2 to 72.1m2, with starting prices ranging from 22.8-32.2 million VND/m2, and deposits ranging from 221.9 million to 436.3 million VND/plot. The purpose of land use is urban residential land, the form of use is the State allocating land with land use fees. The land use term is long-term.
Of these, 17 plots are in Ha Khau area, 1 plot is in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area, 1 plot is in Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B), Phu Luong ward; 2 plots are in Sau Chua area (X8), Yen Nghia ward and 6 plots are in Duoc area (X7), Duong Noi ward.
Investors participating in the auction will conduct direct voting in multiple rounds according to the ascending price method. Land plots in Ha Khau area will be auctioned through at least 5 mandatory rounds, in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area through 11 rounds, in Dong Bo - Dong Chuc - Cua Cau - Dong Men area (area B) through 6 rounds, in Sau Chua area (X8) through 6 rounds and in Duoc area (X7) through 7 rounds.
The common price step applied to land plots and in auction rounds is 10 million VND/m2.
