Land auction in Hoai Duc district is no longer crowded, will it last until night?

(Dan Tri) - The auction of 20 land lots in Hoai Duc district ( Hanoi ) took place on the morning of November 4 without the crowded scene as before. Some people were waiting outside the auction area to listen to the situation.

This morning (November 4), Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 20 land plots (Lots LK01 and LK02), belonging to the Technical Infrastructure project to auction land use rights in Tien Yen commune - Long Khuc field.

The plots of land to be auctioned have an area of ​​89-145 m2/plot with a starting price of 7.3 million VND/m2. The deposit ranges from 130.8 million VND to nearly 212.6 million VND/lot. The auction is conducted by direct voting with a minimum of 6 rounds of ascending bids. The common step price for the plots is 6 million VND/m2.

The location of the 20 plots of land above is right next to 19 plots of land that Hoai Duc district auctioned last August.

According to Dan Tri reporters, this auction was no longer as crowded as the auction on August 19. Mr. Q. - an investor present at today's auction - said his group participated in the auction of all 20 plots of land.

He predicted that this auction would not be as "hot" as the one in August. He said that, according to what he knew, the number of people participating in this auction was also less than before.

Another investor, Mr. NQT, said that his group had been there since 7:30 to complete the procedures. His group participated in the auction of 6 plots of land, expecting to win 1-2 plots. He predicted that today's auction would hardly have a high winning price. The highest winning price for a plot of land could be equal to (133 million VND/m2) or lower than the previous auction.

"The auction method this time is the same as the August session, so it may not be finished until night," he said.

Previously, on August 19, Hoai Duc district organized an auction of 19 land lots in LK03 and LK04 areas of Long Khuc village, Tien Yen commune. After 19 hours with 9 rounds of bidding, the land lot with the highest winning price was up to 133.3 million VND/m2, more than 18 times higher than the starting price. This land lot has an area of ​​113m2, so the total value of the whole lot is 15 billion VND.

In addition, the 2 plots of land with the second highest winning price reached 127.3 million VND/m2. The remaining plots of land had winning prices from 91.3 million VND/m2 to 121.3 million VND/m2.
