Quoc Oai land auction cools down, highest price is nearly 77 million VND/m2

ANTD.VN - The auction of 26 plots of land in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi ended after 14 hours of bidding, with the highest price being nearly 77 million VND/m2.

Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center has just coordinated with National Auction Joint Stock Company No. 5 to organize an auction of 26 land plots (LK2, LK6 areas) at the land use rights auction area DG31/2019 Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district.

Participating in the auction are plots of land with an area of ​​73.2-101.5 m2, with a starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2. The total area of ​​26 plots of land for auction is 2,326.7 m2.

Regarding the auction method, the land plots are auctioned by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and at least through 6 mandatory auction rounds, the common price for the land plots is 3 million VND/m2. Because the auction is conducted in multiple rounds, the auction only ends when there are no more customers participating in bidding.

Customers participated in the auction of 26 plots of land in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai recently.

After nearly 14 hours, the auction of 26 land plots in DG31/2019 Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune ended.

Of which, the plot with the highest winning price was 76.7 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 40.7 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the land use rights auction in this round was nearly 133 billion VND, a difference of more than 121 billion VND compared to the starting price.

The auction takes place in a public, objective, transparent, serious manner, following the correct procedures and regulations of the law, ensuring the rights of the participating parties.

Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center said that in 2024, the land use rights auction achieved outstanding results. The district successfully organized 7 auctions at 6 projects with 161 land plots, an area of ​​over 14,920 m2, and the auction winning amount was over 825.3 billion VND.

Previously, in mid-November 2024, the Quoc Oai District Land Fund Development Center successfully auctioned 20 rural land plots (LK3, LK4 areas) at the auction land plot DG31/2019 Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune with a total area of ​​over 1,700 m2.

The plots of land range in area from 80 to 105 square meters, with starting prices of VND4.7 million, equivalent to a deposit of about VND376-494 million per plot.

At the end of the session, 20 plots were successfully auctioned with the highest price reaching nearly 95 million VND per square meter, 20 times higher than the starting price. The lowest winning price was nearly 71 million VND per square meter, 15 times higher than the starting price.
