ANTD.VN - The auction of 26 plots of land in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi, concluded after 14 hours of bidding, with the highest price reaching nearly 77 million VND/m2.
The Land Development Center of Quoc Oai District recently collaborated with the National Auction Company No. 5 to organize an auction of 26 land plots (LK2, LK6) in the land use rights auction area DG31/2019 in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district.
The auction included land plots ranging in size from 73.2 to 101.5 m2, with a starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2. The total area of the 26 auctioned land plots was 2,326.7 m2.
Regarding the auction format, the land plots are auctioned through multiple rounds of direct voting at the auction, with a minimum of six mandatory rounds. The general bidding increment for the land plots is 3 million VND/m2. Because the auction is conducted using a multi-round method, it only ends when there are no more bidders participating.

After nearly 14 hours, the auction of 26 land plots in DG31/2019, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, has concluded.
Of these, the highest winning bid was 76.7 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 40.7 million VND/m2. The amount of money Quoc Oai district collected from this land use rights auction was nearly 133 billion VND, a difference of more than 121 billion VND compared to the starting price.
The auction was conducted in a public, objective, transparent, and serious manner, following the correct procedures and regulations of the law, and ensuring the rights of all participating parties.
According to the Land Development Center of Quoc Oai District, in 2024, the land use rights auction achieved outstanding results. The district successfully organized 7 auction sessions across 6 projects, involving 161 land plots with an area of over 14,920 m2, generating over 825.3 billion VND in winning bids.
Previously, in mid-November 2024, the Land Development Center of Quoc Oai District successfully auctioned off 20 rural residential land plots (LK3, LK4 areas) in the auction land plot DG31/2019 in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, with a total area of over 1,700 m2.
The plots of land range in size from 80 to 105 m2, with a starting price of 4.7 million VND, equivalent to a deposit of approximately 376-494 million VND per plot.
At the end of the auction, 20 plots were successfully bid on, with the highest price reaching nearly 95 million VND per square meter, 20 times the starting price. The lowest winning bid was nearly 71 million VND per square meter, 15 times higher than the starting price.
