After verification, on the afternoon of July 8, the District Police invited the owner of the account "Thanh Van", VTT, to come to work.

At the police station, Ms. T. admitted her wrongdoings by providing and sharing false information, and that her actions had negatively affected public opinion in Hiep Hoa district. Realizing her actions, Ms. T. voluntarily removed the false post and posted a correction to apologize to the online community.

In response to the above violations, on July 9, Hiep Hoa District Police decided to administratively fine the owner of the Facebook account Thanh Van, with an amount of 5 million VND for the act of providing and sharing fake information, false information, distorting, slandering, and insulting the reputation of agencies, organizations, and the honor and dignity of individuals.
