Dam Ha: Meeting and encouraging aquaculture households affected by storm No. 3

Implementing the province's direction on urgently overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3, on the afternoon of September 13 , in Dam Ha commune (Dam Ha district), a program was held to meet, encourage, listen to opinions and recommendations of aquaculture households affected by the storm. Also attending the program were representatives of Agribank Dam Ha branch.

Dam Ha commune is a large aquaculture area of ​​Dam Ha district, it is estimated that people in the commune suffered nearly 30 billion VND in damage after the recent storm No. 3. Therefore, representatives of aquaculture households attending the meeting proposed that local leaders have appropriate and timely support plans. In particular, early recommendations should be made to competent authorities and sectors so that people can enjoy special preferential mechanisms and policies due to damage caused by natural disasters.

In response to these valid recommendations, the locality pledged to always accompany the people to overcome difficulties; create maximum conditions for people to have more motivation and determination to reproduce as soon as possible, and stabilize their lives.

Dam Ha Commune and Agribank Dam Ha Branch presented gifts to encourage affected aquaculture households.

The leaders of Agribank Dam Ha branch also committed to closely coordinate with the authorities and aquaculture households in the area. Specifically, by debt forgiveness, interest rate support, creating conditions for new loans for reproduction at low interest rates... To thereby contribute to supporting people to quickly overcome and continue developing aquaculture, which is the advantage of Dam Ha district.

On this occasion, the leaders and civil servants of Dam Ha commune and Agribank Dam Ha branch presented gifts and encouraged the affected aquaculture households in the commune. The total value of the gifts was 20 million VND.
