On the afternoon of September 26, the interdisciplinary inspection delegation of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, the Ministry of Public Security and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army inspected the implementation of the Program for coordinating mass mobilization work between the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization and the armed forces of Dak Nong province.
Major General Trang A Tua, Director of the Department of Building the People's Movement to Protect National Security, Ministry of Public Security, Head of the inspection delegation and Comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the inspection session.
According to the report of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, the program of coordinating mass mobilization work between armed forces units and local Party Committees' mass mobilization commissions has been implemented synchronously, comprehensively, effectively, and in accordance with the realities of agencies, units, and localities.
The program of coordinating mass mobilization work has strengthened the solidarity and close relationship between the unit and local authorities and socio-political organizations.
Mass mobilization work not only contributes to building a strong grassroots political system but also supports economic, cultural and social development, poverty reduction and protection of national border sovereignty.
During the implementation of the program, many typical models have been formed, creating positive social effects and spreading widely. These models have contributed to promoting mass mobilization work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new context, contributing to improving security efficiency and socio-economic development in the locality.
At the inspection program, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the achieved results and proposed additional tasks and solutions to more effectively implement the coordination program in the coming time.
Speaking at the inspection session, Comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Council, requested the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to closely coordinate with the armed forces to study, absorb and overcome the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the Inspection Team.
Mass mobilization work continues to innovate in content and methods to suit the new situation. Patriotic emulation movements, building and replicating models and typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the fields of security, politics, and social order and safety continue to be promoted...
In his concluding remarks, Major General Trang A Tua highly appreciated and commended the positive results that the armed forces of Dak Nong province had achieved in the process of implementing the program of coordinating mass mobilization work. In particular, Dak Nong has deployed mass mobilization work synchronously, comprehensively and practically in localities and units. During the implementation process, good models and creative methods have been built, contributing to maintaining security and order and developing the local economy and society.
Major General Trang A Tua suggested that the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and the provincial armed forces continue to specify the 7 key contents in the program of coordinating mass mobilization work to suit the characteristics and tasks of each agency and unit. Dak Nong focuses on training, coaching, enhancing learning and exchanging experiences, aiming to improve skills in conducting mass mobilization work in all conditions and circumstances.
