After 2 days in Gia Nghia City, 9 groups of artists and actors from 8 districts and cities in the province took turns performing gongs, traditional musical instruments, reenacting rituals, festivals, folk dances, traditional costumes...
The performances reflect the working life and cultural activities of ethnic communities in Dak Nong province.
According to the evaluation, the performances participating in the festival were all prepared meticulously and seriously, honoring the unique values in the traditional culture of the ethnic groups, creating an impression and attracting the attention of the audience.
The Organizing Committee strictly operates and ensures absolute safety. The Jury works with a spirit of impartiality, objectivity, democracy, and strict and principled evaluation.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 23 A prizes and 18 B prizes to the best performances. The delegations of Cu Jut, Tuy Duc, Krong No, and Dak Glong districts won the A prize for the entire delegation.
The festival is an opportunity for artisans and mass actors from ethnic minorities in Dak Nong province to exchange cultural and artistic beauty associated with gong, cymbal and traditional musical instrument performances.
The festival contributes to educating the people about patriotism, national pride, and sense of responsibility to protect cultural heritage.
The festival also enhances awareness, responsibility, and pride of the generation of artisans, owners of the heritage of the Central Highlands Gong Cultural Space.
The festival contributes to promoting the traditional cultural image, potential and strengths of tourism development of Dak Nong province, preserving traditional culture, attracting tourists and investors to Dak Nong.
