Vietnam Television organizes the art program Honoring Vietnamese Language in 2024

The Gala Night Honoring Vietnamese Language 2024 with the theme "Words of the homeland, words of steadfastness" will take place at 8:10 p.m. on September 8, 2024 at the Opera House, Hanoi and broadcast live on VTV1, VTV4 and VTVGo channels. The program opens up an emotional artistic space, where stories of inspiration, love, attachment and dedication in preserving the Vietnamese language of the Vietnamese community around the world .

At the same time, honoring Vietnamese Ambassadors - individuals who have made positive contributions to spreading Vietnamese language and culture, deeply depicting the importance of Vietnamese as a sacred connection, connecting millions of Vietnamese people with their homeland.

Following the success of the 2023 Gala "Beloved Mother Tongue", the 2024 Vietnamese Language Honoring Art Program with the theme "Homeland Words, Loyal Words" promises to take the audience on a journey of deep emotions to learn about the process of preserving Vietnamese language and culture around the world. Thanks to the love of Vietnamese language, many Vietnamese people abroad have been able to connect with their homeland and their roots. Today, the young generation is proud of the Vietnamese language - Vietnamese culture, proud of the country whose blood they carry, contributing to maintaining and spreading Vietnamese identity and quintessence to the world.

The highlight of this year’s program is the inspiring stories about the dedication of overseas Vietnamese who are still making every effort to preserve the Vietnamese language across five continents. The reports were made in many countries such as Italy, Malaysia, Nepal, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong (China), and the French Republic.

The program "Words of the homeland, words of steadfastness" is a spiritual gift sent to audiences nationwide and overseas Vietnamese on Vietnamese Language Honor Day 2024.
