On June 21, the Department of Personnel Organization - Ministry of Public Security announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Major General Nguyen Sy Quang, Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of the Department of Professional Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security.

At the same time, the Minister of Public Security transferred Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police.

At the ceremony announcing the decision to transfer personnel of the Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security, sent his congratulations to Major General Nguyen Sy Quang and Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, who were trusted by the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to take on new responsibilities.

Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung requested Colonel Phong to promptly take up the new job; unite with the Party Committee and the Board of Directors to lead and direct the entire Dong Nai Provincial Police to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Previously, on June 20, Ha Tinh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thao, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Security, as Director of Ha Tinh Provincial Police.
