Emulation Congress of Vinh Linh District Armed Forces for Victory in 2019

This afternoon, May 23, Vinh Linh district organized the Emulation Congress for Victory of the Armed Forces (LLVT) for the period 2019 - 2024. Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dao Manh Hung attended.

Over the past 5 years, the "Determined to Win" emulation movement has become a widespread movement and has been materialized through many practical and effective programs and tasks, attracting enthusiastic participation and response from the entire armed forces of Vinh Linh district.

In particular, Vinh Linh district pays special attention to innovating the content and form of emulation, taking building a strong and comprehensive force and improving the quality of performing military and defense tasks as the central and consistent content of the "Determined to Win" emulation movement.

Strengthening and building the Party Committee and military agencies of the district; building the militia and self-defense force, reserve mobilization force according to regulations, ensuring quality, ready to receive and complete all assigned tasks. Combining launching high-point emulation campaigns, raids with each specific theme, goal, and target, creating increasing attraction among officers and soldiers of the armed forces...

The emulation movement "Determined to Win" is also clearly demonstrated in the synchronous implementation of campaigns and emulation movements, typically: "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers", "Military forces join hands to build new countryside", "Building regular, green, clean and beautiful barracks"...

Every year, the Vinh Linh district military force completes 100% of political education content, of which over 80% are good and excellent. The district military party committee has 83% - 85% of party members completing their tasks well, 15% or more completing their tasks excellently, no party members violating discipline, achieving exemplary clean and strong status for 4 consecutive years. The Vinh Linh district military force is always considered the leading unit in the emulation movement to win of the provincial military force, awarded the excellent emulation flag by the Ministry of National Defense, awarded the title of Determined to Win unit by the Military Region 4 Command and many certificates of merit in other fields of work.

At the congress, Vinh Linh district deployed a number of key tasks to further promote the Victory emulation movement of the Armed Forces in the coming time. At the same time, it commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Victory emulation movement for the period 2019 - 2024.
