At the meeting with voters, Comrade Chamaléa Thi Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, National Assembly Delegate of the province, reported a summary of the content of the 7th Session to voters in the localities. Accordingly, the session will open on May 20, 2024, passing 10 draft laws, 3 draft resolutions, giving opinions on 10 draft laws; considering and deciding on socio-economic issues, the state budget and other important issues of the country.

Voters of Bac Phong and Nhon Hai communes highly agreed with the content of the meeting agenda; at the same time, they reflected many recommendations revolving around social issues such as: There should be policies to support and compensate adequately for land acquisition when implementing projects; promote anti-corruption work from the central to grassroots levels; issue appropriate mechanisms and policies on rooftop solar power; reasonably plan the construction areas of solar and wind power projects to avoid affecting people. Along with that, voters proposed to lower the age of social pension benefits; promptly rectify the situation of suspended planning; high prices of fertilizers and agricultural materials; pay attention to arranging residential land for people; further speed up the construction progress of drought-resistant works; strictly handle the situation of fraud using high technology, etc.
Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation responded to the opinions of voters of Bac Phong commune.
After listening to representatives of local leaders and relevant functional agencies receiving and explaining opinions and recommendations within their authority, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee clarified a number of issues that voters were interested in, especially regarding mechanisms and policies related to land recovery and compensation, solar power prices, anti-corruption, etc. He requested that the two localities continue to review and properly perform their functions and tasks to thoroughly resolve opinions at the grassroots level, avoiding backlogs and prolongation of cases. Regarding the contents under the authority of higher levels, he noted and fully summarized them to report to the National Assembly, ministries and central branches for consideration, resolution and response in the coming time. He hoped to continue to receive the support, companionship and sharing of voters in the process of managing socio-economic development of local Party committees and authorities as well as the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
