Vietnam Airlines representative said that in the first phase, from March 26 to June 30, the Narita - Da Nang route will operate with a frequency of 4 flights/week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Female tourist Konuma Mizuki (Japan) shared that this was her second time coming to Da Nang City. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, she had traveled to Da Nang but had not yet visited all the scenic spots and entertainment spots, so as soon as Da Nang City resumed flights to Japan, she decided to spend 4 days returning to Da Nang City.
This time, she said she will go to Ba Na, Hoi An, swim in the sea, visit Ngu Hanh Son... and hopes to discover more about the Central region.
Welcome show for flight from Narita
According to Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh, Deputy Director of the Da Nang Department of Tourism, the city has identified Japan as a key market for Da Nang tourism with stable growth. The resumption of regular flights from Narita, the first locality of Japan, to Da Nang is expected to contribute positively to attracting Japanese tourists back to Da Nang and vice versa in the coming time.
In 2019, the total number of Japanese visitors to Da Nang reached more than 183,000, an increase of nearly 200% compared to 2015. Since Vietnam opened international tourism (March 2022), Da Nang has welcomed about 27,000 Japanese visitors.
