Former CEO of The Coffee House opens hotel chain.

Currently, Signature has two branches, both located in the city center, with 200 rooms. Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh, the current CEO of M Village, shared: "Signature means a signature, and signatures are unique. The biggest difference is that each branch will be closely associated with the architecture and culture of that area, and guests will have the most authentic and enjoyable experience."

A new accommodation model aimed at young people.

After leaving The Coffee House, in May 2021, Mr. Ninh restarted his business with the M Village project, featuring two main models: co-living apartments and short-stay accommodations. Despite experiencing a turbulent year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, M Village demonstrated its effectiveness by expanding with 16 new branches in central districts in 2022, achieving an occupancy rate of over 90%. M Village also recorded positive results with over 50% of customers renewing or returning to use its services; and received high ratings on online booking platforms.

In the context of a still challenging economy , and with tourism not yet fully recovering as many had hoped, the launch of a luxury hotel project came as a surprise to many. Explaining this, Mr. Ninh said: "Consumer needs and tastes are changing, especially among young people. They were born and raised in an era of booming technology, have a flexible lifestyle, and like to seek out new, unique, and cost-effective accommodation services to have valuable experiences. Therefore, the company wants to 'redefine' travel, where you don't just simply travel to places or rely on available amenities, but instead have the most vibrant experiences."
