A house caught fire on Truc Bach Street (Hanoi). Police evacuated 7 people trapped on the upper floors, including a pregnant woman who was given an oxygen tank by a soldier.

At around 4:30 p.m. on November 23, house number 73 Truc Bach street (Truc Bach ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi) caught fire.
Upon discovering the incident, local residents shouted and called the authorities of Truc Bach ward. Local forces then arrived and coordinated with local residents to use portable fire extinguishers to prevent the fire from spreading.
Upon arriving at the scene, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team (Ba Dinh District Police) divided into search and rescue teams and sprayed water to put out the fire.
At that time, smoke was rising high. On the 8th floor and the attic of the house, the police discovered 7 people trapped there. At this time, the victims were in a state of panic.
Among the victims was a pregnant woman. Firefighters gave up their oxygen masks to assist her and quickly brought her out to safety.
The house on fire was built with 8 floors, 1 attic, each floor area is about 33m2 .
Initially, the fire started at the corner of the wall of the second floor room. The fire was then controlled, the area of fire was small.
The fire caused no casualties, all trapped people were later rescued by the police and guided to safety.
