Accordingly, 29 domestic collectors introduced 147 antiques crafted under the Nguyen Dynasty, used in the royal court and among the people, crafted by the Hue court, produced by domestic production establishments (Cay Mai pottery, wooden furniture...) or ordered and purchased from abroad for use (elephant, porcelain...).
The collections of artifacts are diverse in materials (gold, silver, gold-inlaid silver, jade, porcelain, wood, etc.), functions (daily life, worship, decoration, entertainment, etc.) and rich in types and origins (porcelain and enamel from the Nguyen Dynasty, Cay Mai pottery lines, artifacts dating from the 19th century, etc.).
This is the first antique exhibition to bring together antique collectors from three regions of the country such as Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, Nam Dinh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Hanoi, and Thua Thien - Hue.
