Accordingly, the Provincial Party Executive Committee agreed on a number of orientations for Party committees, Party organizations, agencies and units under the province to propose streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system.
The Provincial Party Executive Committee determined that the task of streamlining the organizational apparatus is a very difficult, sensitive, and complicated task that directly affects each individual in each organization; therefore, it requires solidarity, unity, consensus, high determination, and "sacrifice" of personal interests for the common interests of each Party member, cadre, civil servant, employee, and worker... Therefore, when the Resolution of the 22nd Conference and Conclusion No. 536-KL/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term XIV, were issued, it attracted special attention from cadres, Party members, and people of the province.
General Secretary To Lam emphasized that in the current period, streamlining the organizational apparatus is a particularly important task, a revolution in streamlining the organizational apparatus of the political system, therefore, it must be carried out with the highest determination and drastic actions of the entire political system.
Our country has entered a new era, an era of the Vietnamese people's rise; together with the whole country, seizing this opportunity, Ninh Thuan has been implementing many solutions to bring Ninh Thuan into the country's development orbit to adapt, exploit, and promote the achievements, propose breakthrough solutions, suitable to the actual conditions of the country and the province to rise, develop rapidly, and progress rapidly with other provinces in the region and the whole country.
To achieve the set goals, Ninh Thuan identified this as an opportunity, a time to fully converge all factors to arrange and streamline the apparatus in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, resolutely implementing the revolution to build a truly streamlined political system that operates effectively and efficiently.
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh said: What is revolution? Revolution is destroying the old to create the new, destroying the bad to create the good.
Revolution means a big change; in a revolution, it will “touch” “interests”, so party members and cadres must agree, even “sacrifice” personal interests. Therefore, there must be solidarity and high determination of each party member, cadre, civil servant and public employee. In addition, political and ideological work, strengthening propaganda work throughout the political and social system on policies, requirements and tasks of streamlining the apparatus in the new situation must be effectively implemented.
In the last months of 2024, Ninh Thuan received encouraging signals when the National Assembly agreed to the policy of restarting the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant; recently, on December 5, General Secretary To Lam visited and worked in Ninh Thuan on the results of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, the results of implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the process of implementing the investment policy of the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant project; The results of the 22nd Session (regular session at the end of 2024), the 11th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, passed 28 resolutions contributing to unblocking resources, removing bottlenecks, overcoming limitations and difficulties, creating a premise for Ninh Thuan to develop in the next period... creating a strong belief for cadres, party members and people of Ninh Thuan to be determined to unite to successfully carry out the revolution in the organization of the political system, creating a foundation for the country to enter a new era, an era of striving for development of our nation.
