Emulation Cluster of Northern Midlands and Mountains provinces summarizes emulation and reward work

In the first 6 months of 2024, the patriotic emulation movement and the commendation work of the provinces in the Emulation Cluster continued to be effective, contributing positively to the implementation of the goals and tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security. The propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies on emulation and commendation, good people, good deeds, and typical advanced models in various fields were given attention and promoted.

The provinces in the emulation cluster have done well in signing emulation covenants associated with political tasks to organize and implement. The quality of commendation work has been improved, closely following standards, regulations and guiding documents. The emulation councils and standing bodies of the emulation councils of the provinces have enhanced their sense of responsibility and proactively advised, proposed and organized the implementation of work.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Emulation Cluster has proposed solutions to effectively implement emulation and reward work, continue to innovate emulation and reward work and effectively implement emulation laws; organize and effectively implement reward work associated with the results of emulation movements, continue to consolidate and improve the quality of the apparatus and staff doing emulation work.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Manh Tuan emphasized that the general situation is forecasted to continue to face many difficulties, and the implementation of socio-economic development goals of each province in the emulation cluster still faces many challenges. Therefore, in order for emulation and reward work to become a driving force contributing to promoting the success of socio-economic development goals and tasks of the provinces in 2024, he suggested that the provinces in the emulation cluster need to be determined to synchronously and drastically implement the tasks and solutions set out, and continue to effectively implement the 6 emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister.

Immediately after this conference, the provinces in the cluster concretized practical and effective actions in their localities, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks for the last 6 months of the year.
