Tuyen Quang Province Market Management Department deploys tasks for the last 6 months of the year.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Market Management Department of Tuyen Quang province has inspected 249 cases, reaching 55.3% of the 2024 plan. Of which, 162 violations were handled, with fines of more than 1.35 billion VND paid to the State budget. The value of goods that are evidence of administrative violations subject to remedial measures for forced destruction of goods is more than 751 million VND. The value of goods that are evidence of administrative violations confiscated pending handling is more than 447 million VND.

The provincial Market Management Force also performed well the inspection work, coordinated with functional forces in checking, handling violations and promoted propaganda and dissemination of laws to contribute to stabilizing the market, effectively combating smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods.

Recognizing that the last months of the year are fraught with many complex factors regarding smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, the provincial Market Management Department has deployed all forces to carry out 16 tasks and practical solutions. In particular, the Market Management Department has directed the mobilization of highly concentrated forces to monitor and grasp the market situation, focusing on controlling items such as gasoline, food, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and supplies, fertilizers and pesticides.

At the same time, perform well the tasks of the standing agency of the Provincial Steering Committee 389 and continue to launch the emulation movement to achieve achievements to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the tradition of the Market Management Force.
