After 2 days of the competition, 12 teams competed enthusiastically, excitedly, confidently, showing their dedication to mass mobilization work.

The teams went through 3 rounds: Introducing the unit and team; competing in knowledge and handling situations; introducing and promoting creative and effective mass mobilization models.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment: The contestants brought to the contest their own unique mark; leaving good impressions of responsibility, creative exploration in content and form of expression.

In the greeting round, the teams were very creative in adapting the content into songs and short skits, creating an exciting atmosphere for the contest.

In the knowledge competition, the teams mastered basic knowledge of mass mobilization work, especially new contents in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

In the propaganda competition, the teams chose the form of stage skits to introduce new models, good practices, and effective activities in carrying out mass mobilization work at the unit.

In his closing speech, Colonel Ngo Van Thanh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Naval Technical Department, praised the responsible working spirit of the Organizing Committee, the Jury, the supporting departments and the efforts of the teams participating in the competition. Factory X28 (the host unit) did a good job of preparing for the grassroots competition and practicing for the Department-level competition, ensuring compliance with the plan, time and competition regulations.

To promote the emulation movement of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and build "Good Mass Mobilization Units" in the coming time, the Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Naval Technical Department requested agencies and units to strengthen education and raise awareness among soldiers about the meaning and importance of mass mobilization work; advise and propose to Party committees and commanders to lead, direct and organize effective implementation of mass mobilization work and deploy the movement of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the unit, contributing to innovation and improving the quality and effectiveness of Party work and political work; building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "exemplary and typical", successfully completing assigned tasks.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 First prizes, 3 Second prizes, 4 Third prizes and 3 Encouragement prizes to the competing teams.
