Voters of Ky Anh district propose early investment in clean water plant

At the meeting with the Ha Tinh National Assembly Delegation, voters of Ky Anh district proposed that attention should be paid to arranging and assigning enough district-level civil servants; supporting localities in building new rural areas; and investing in building clean water plants.

On the afternoon of October 6, in Ky Tan commune (Ky Anh district), the National Assembly Delegation of Ha Tinh province had a meeting with voters of the communes: Ky Hai, Ky Thu, Ky Van, Ky Tho, Ky Van and Ky Tan.

Attending the meeting with voters were Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Tran Dinh Gia and full-time member of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Bui Thi Quynh Tho.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Tho - Member of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly informed voters about the expected content and program of the 6th Session, 15th National Assembly and the results of the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation since the 5th Session until now.

Voters of Ky Anh district expressed their high agreement with the proposed agenda of the National Assembly and the working plan of the provincial National Assembly Delegation. At the same time, they made recommendations, proposals, and reflected on a number of issues that are still worrying and inadequate in real life.

Voters hope that the Provincial People's Committee will consider and arrange enough district-level civil servants to promptly resolve local issues. Administrative procedures related to resolving land-related issues are still cumbersome, and digital transformation needs to be applied to resolve them, while some unnecessary procedures need to be cut down to bring convenience to the people. Prices of agricultural materials and high-yield seeds are still high...

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Toan - Secretary of Xuan Tho village (Ky Tan commune) is interested in arranging and assigning enough district-level civil servants so that commune officials do not have to be transferred to the district to work.

Voters recommend that there should be financial support for new rural construction, especially for rural roads and drainage systems... Localities with the North-South Expressway passing through them wish to utilize part of the waste land for projects and new rural construction in the area.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Dien - Secretary of Ky Van commune hopes that the locality will utilize part of the waste land when implementing the construction of the North - South expressway through the area to serve the projects and build new rural areas.

Authorities at all levels need to soon invest in clean water plants, pay attention to environmental sanitation in the area below Phu Ha Waste Plant; promptly resolve the shortage of medicine and medical supplies in hospitals; and pay attention to and have policies for war invalids and the elderly.

For opinions under the Central Government's jurisdiction, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will receive and fully synthesize them and send them to the National Assembly and relevant agencies; for issues under the local jurisdiction, the departments, branches and Ky Anh district will be requested to promptly consider and resolve them.
