Meeting with voters of Duy Xuyen district, delegates included: Tran Thi Bich Thu - Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Duong Thi Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Cong Dung - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Duy Xuyen district.
At the meeting, voters recommended that the province and relevant agencies continue to pay attention to investing in the construction and upgrading of some degraded roads in Duy Vinh and Duy Hai communes; take measures to fix the potholes on Highway 3 through Duy Phuoc commune; repair and install new lighting systems on Highway 3 through Duy Nghia and Duy Hai communes.
In the field of land, voters requested that authorities at all levels create favorable and quick conditions for people to separate plots and issue land use right certificates. Voters of Duy Vinh commune requested to pay attention to tourism development projects in Tra Nhieu community tourism village; support the construction of a traffic route connecting Duy Vinh with Hoi An city to facilitate tourism development.
Voters in Duy Phuoc commune expressed concern that when cars are banned from crossing Cau Lau bridge for repairs, many cars will turn to Ba Ngan bridge (Duy Phuoc commune) for convenience, which will endanger the bridge, leading to traffic jams on the first day. Therefore, it is recommended that the province and district take reasonable measures to divide traffic, with coordination between Hoi An and Duy Xuyen to regulate traffic across the bridge.
Representatives of the Duy Xuyen District People's Committee and the Provincial People's Council Delegation took turns explaining and answering voters' recommendations; for contents beyond their authority, the Provincial People's Council Delegation will synthesize and submit to the Provincial People's Council.
