(PLVN) - Sam Son Water Park, part of the Sun World Sam Son Entertainment Complex (Thanh Hoa), an outdoor entertainment park complex with the largest investment scale and area in the North Central region, has just officially opened and welcomed visitors.
Yesterday afternoon (June 30), in Sam Son City, Sam Son Water Park officially opened to welcome guests. The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Do Trong Hung, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Mr. Do Minh Tuan, Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, provincial leaders and departments, branches, districts, cities and towns.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi - Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee affirmed: "With the launch of Sam Son Water Park, an outdoor entertainment complex with the largest investment scale and area in the North, where visitors can experience the first thrilling slide in Asia, exciting and fun games suitable for many ages..., Sam Son tourism in particular and Thanh Hoa tourism in general have added a new, impressive and classy tourism product, an attractive destination, helping to extend the length of stay of visitors, creating a faster and stronger breakthrough for Thanh tourism".

Mr. Nguyen Van Thi expressed his hope that this will also be an impressive start for a series of construction projects at Sun Group's Sun World Sam Son Entertainment Complex, which are continuing to be invested in, soon completed and put into operation in the near future.
Thanh Hoa provincial leaders believe that the success of Sun Group's resort and entertainment projects in Thanh Hoa province will be an important boost in effectively exploiting the value of resources to become high-class tourism products; creating a strong impression, shaping the brand, enhancing the position and promoting Thanh Hoa tourism to grow dramatically.
After the ribbon cutting ceremony, at 4pm the same day, the weather in Sam Son was hot and sunny, thousands of people flocked to the water park to have fun and cool off. According to information from the project investor, within just 30 minutes of opening, Sam Son water park welcomed about 3,000 people.
As the afternoon wore on, the number of people pouring in grew, to about 4,000. The ticket buying and checking area was always packed with tourists standing in line.

It is known that the Sun World Sam Son outdoor entertainment complex is located in a prime location, only about 1.5km from Sam Son beach, owning a water park and a theme park with a total area of over 33.5 hectares, one of the outdoor parks with the largest total investment and area in the North.

In the first phase of its launch, Sun World Sam Son opened a water park introducing 9 out of a total of 14 water game complexes. At Sam Son Water Park, the games are divided into 3 main zones: Zone 1 includes games for everyone with tsunami bay and tornado area; Zone 2 is dedicated to children and families with names such as Funny Ben Tuoi Tho, Legendary Do River, Conquering the Monster... Zone 3 has thrilling games that bring extreme challenges such as: Catfish over the waterfall, Shark's Jaw...
