On the evening of October 29, in Hanoi, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs , and the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) organized a program to honor "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers" in 2023. In 2023, the program's Organizing Committee decided to select 64 of the best enterprises nationwide to honor "Outstanding Enterprises for Workers". Thai Binh province is represented by Thai Binh Branch Sports Goods Production Joint Stock Company (Tan De Company) to achieve this prestigious title.

Tan De Company has 10 factories with more than 17,000 employees. Like other enterprises in the textile and garment industry, Tan De Company has recently faced many difficulties due to the decrease in the number of production and export orders and the value of the orders. However, the Company has actively promoted trade, made efforts to find more production orders, and accepted to sign even unprofitable orders to ensure enough jobs and stable income for workers.

In particular, Tan De Company maintains good implementation of social security policies for employees such as paying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, paying salaries, bonuses, giving gifts on holidays and Tet, providing practical support for employees with programs such as: "Following children to school", "Bookshelf of love", encouraging learning and talent, building a learning society with a total budget of hundreds of billions of VND/year.

In addition, Tan De Company is also one of the typical enterprises of the province with humanitarian and charitable activities, sharing with the community with activities: supporting Tet gifts for families with difficult circumstances, poor households, supporting the Fund for the Poor launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, supporting the programs "Heart for Children", "Support to School"...
