According to TIME editors, this year’s list reflects the strength of leading businesses, contributing to the region’s explosive growth momentum in 2024, even as the world faces economic difficulties and geopolitical instability. VinFast ranked 101st, surpassing many long-standing automobile brands and is the only Vietnamese company in the top 200 of this ranking.

TIME is the world's leading magazine, headquartered in New York (USA) with a history of 101 years. With a presence across five continents, TIME is highly regarded for shaping public opinion through in-depth analysis of political , economic, cultural, and scientific events. In particular, the lists voted by TIME are always widely recognized for their value and prestige.

To create this ranking, TIME collaborated with Statista to collect data, research, and carefully evaluate candidates based on three strict criteria: revenue growth, employee satisfaction, and rigorous analysis of ESG factors (environment, society, and corporate governance).

After the evaluation process, VinFast achieved an impressive total score of 89.01. The company was highly appreciated for its stable revenue growth and surpassed many big names in the “Sustainability” criterion, with contributions to society, carbon emission reduction and global green revolution.

In addition, being ranked 100 in the employee satisfaction criteria shows that VinFast has created a positive and cohesive working environment, becoming a typical business model that actively contributes to the sustainable socio-economic development of the Asia-Pacific region.

This is the second consecutive year that VinFast has been included in TIME's voting and honors. Last year, VinFast was in the top 100 most influential companies in the world (Most Influental Companies 2024).

Mr. Pham Sanh Chau, General Director of VinFast Asia , shared: “Being included in the ASIA-PACIFIC'S BEST COMPANIES OF 2025 list is a testament to our tireless efforts in contributing to the global green transportation revolution. We have been expanding our presence in Asian markets, bringing a comprehensive and inclusive 'For a Green Future' ecosystem, thereby promoting revenue growth, creating opportunities and an attractive working environment for employees, affirming our social responsibility and continuing to strongly contribute to the sustainable development of the region."

After establishing its presence in key markets such as Vietnam, North America and Europe, VinFast has aggressively expanded into potential international markets. Over the past year, the company has launched its brand in the Middle East and India; officially launched and delivered a diverse range of electric SUV products in the Indonesian and Philippine markets with attractive sales and after-sales policies and a constantly expanding dealer network.
