To achieve the set goals and plans, Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV is accelerating in the last days of the year, promoting the tradition of "Discipline - Unity", launching emulation campaigns, boosting production, and completing the 2024 target.

We were present at Nhan Co Alumina Factory in the last days of the Year of the Dragon, witnessing the atmosphere of production competition more vibrant and focused than ever. At the Raw Materials-Separation Workshop, the production line is running at full capacity, so the workers here are also busy with continuous and regular control frequency according to the process to ensure the production process operates stably and safely.

Mr. Tong Van Tien, a worker at the Raw Materials-Petrochemical Separation Workshop, said that compared to normal days, the end of the year is busier, especially this year the company launched a 90-day and night peak competition to boost production and complete the 2024 plan target, so the workshop's operating capacity increased dramatically. Although having to work at a higher frequency, everyone in the company is happy, encouraging each other to try their best to complete production and business targets, ensuring that the repair and maintenance plans for equipment at the workshop operate stably, safely, continuously and effectively, contributing to the entire company in achieving and exceeding the set plan targets.

According to Mr. Tien, this is the final stage, so everything is encouraged and implemented regularly by the company. All employees always clearly understand the competition goals in the last months of the year and strive to complete the assigned tasks as best as possible.

To improve production efficiency and promptly motivate workers, the company's mass organizations also established a union information page, a workshop zalo group... to enhance propaganda and information about the company's activities to all workers. Through group activities, workers can exchange directly within the workshop, make suggestions and recommendations to the company's leaders in the most effective way, while the company's leaders also accompany and work closely with workers to complete each goal according to the plan.

Mr. Van Tien Hung, a worker at Dak Nong Aluminum Company, said that thanks to timely encouragement and regular task implementation through group activities, he always pays attention to ensuring health and safety regulations before, during and after the end of the shift. During the production shift, he always complies well and is fully equipped with labor protection equipment, and carries out the inspection process according to regulations to prevent unusual factors from occurring. He promptly detects and eliminates safety risks, so the production process is absolutely safe for the factory and workers. Along with safety solutions, the workshop always encourages and creates conditions for workers to promote technical innovation initiatives. Many plans and projects are registered with the company and superiors to optimize production, save labor, and improve conditions for workers.

Phung Van Tai, Deputy Manager of Hydrate Calcination Workshop, said that in order to complete the plan set by the company's leadership, the unit always develops a specific implementation plan. In particular, regarding human resources, the unit regularly urges workers to strengthen inspection work to ensure that the equipment of the production line is stable throughout. Determined not to let even small incidents affect the progress of the plan.

In terms of equipment, the company has prepared materials for regular maintenance and repair. The unit also disassembles equipment in the main line and plans special maintenance and inspection. Thereby, helping the equipment operate at its best during the production process during the peak emulation period at the end of the year. Along with the proposed output, safety work must also be ensured regularly. The company always urges and closely monitors shifts, strengthens inspection work, especially the third shift. From there, employees see the importance of completing the plan in the last months of the year.

In 2024, Dak Nong Aluminum Company - TKV encountered many difficulties and obstacles in compensation, site clearance, and resettlement. People in the project area often illegally gathered in large numbers within the company's management boundary to obstruct production activities and project implementation of the unit. Therefore, input materials were not guaranteed, so the aluminum factory had to operate at low load (below 50% capacity), directly affecting the unit's production and business plans, reducing local budget revenue in 2024,...

The activity aims to propagate andeducate cadres and employees to enhance their sense of responsibility, promote the spirit of enthusiastic work, dynamism and creativity, overcome difficulties, and successfully achieve production and business goals.

During the emulation process, the unit will have forms of rewards for collectives and individuals with achievements in striving to comprehensively complete the 2024 production and business plan assigned by the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group .

Specifically, in 90 days and nights, Dak Nong Aluminum Company strives to produce over 183.7 thousand tons of converted alumina. Thereby contributing to ensuring the completion of the 2024 plan of over 685 thousand tons of converted alumina. At the same time, the company ensures security, labor safety and hygiene, environmental safety, with the determination not to let violations occur in management and in the process of performing work. The company coordinates with local authorities and units to well implement the contents related to compensation and site clearance, striving to have a clean land area for exploitation during the peak emulation period of over 30 hectares. Raw ore output reaches over 1.65 million tons, ensuring the completion of the 2024 plan of 378 million tons.
